Lush Oxford Street Launch Local Delivery Service and Virtual Consultations

Introducing Lush Local

Lush Oxford Street have launched Lush Local, a temporary delivery service enabling customers to have their must-have Lush products delivered directly to their London home while their shop remains closed. What’s more, orders placed before 2pm will receive their items the next working day!

To place orders, customers can call a member of Lush’s friendly Customer Care team on 01202 668545 and simply state that they would like to use the Lush Local service.

During these unusual times, selfcare is more important than ever, and our team here at Lush Oxford Street want to make sure that you can look after yourself. We’ll keep you updated on product availability over on @lushoxfordstreet, stay tuned!

Virtual consultations

While the team wishes they could be giving hand massages, in-person beauty advice and testing face masks together, they know that’s not possible right now. But, alongside the Lush Local service, Lush Oxford Street are thrilled to offer the next best thing – one-on-one Virtual Product Consultations! A digital offering, customers can book a slot for a video or phone consultation (between Monday and Friday, 10am-5pm). 

@lushspabirmingham have also been offering Virtual One-on-one Consultation Services since 15th April. 

And, for one day only on Thursday 14th May from 2pm – 4pm, Daniel Campbell, Lush Cosmetic Scientist and Product Inventor and Daisy Evans, Lush HairLab Colourist, Stylist and Trainer will be hosting Virtual Hair Care Consultations. There will be eight appointments available in total.

Lush UK shop reopening plan

While the brand doesn’t have an official reopening date for UK shops (closed since 22nd March), alternative ways to trade – using feedback from what is working well in other countries – are currently being carefully considered with the comfort and safety of staff and customers as a priority.

Among others, these include the local delivery service and online consultations currently being trialled at Lush Oxford Street.
