Lush launches a delightful range
for the Lunar New Year of the Rabbit
On Monday 26th December, Lush is launching the Lunar New Year range 2023 online and in shops worldwide. Inspired by peace and hope it symbolises, we are excited to announce this limited edition range to welcome the Year of the Rabbit.
We care about every one of our actions, our innovations, and our ingredients. We care about the well-being of our customers, staff and planet, and we are driven to make products for every need from authentic voices from different communities.
Through a focus group formed by markets celebrating Lunar New Year, we put together a range of exclusive products and bring back a previous customer favourite to provide gifting ideas in this time of connecting and family reunions.
Rabbits symbolise tenderness and loveliness. Hop into a quiet and peaceful forest with the perfect blend of freshly cut grass, sweet neroli, bright bergamot, and earthy sandalwood.
Over 25 years ago, we invented the bath bomb. Our fizzing bicarb beauties provide an immersive aromatherapeutic bath time like no other. This bath bomb is a collaboration between our East and South East Asian teams to create an inclusive product for Lunar New Year celebrations.
The customer’s favourite Godiva is now back! Golden coins in red pockets are a tradition in Lunar New Year – give the gift of conditioned, cleansed hair with this golden coin full of shine-enhancing camellia oil.
Every shampoo bar can outlast two to three bottles of the liquid equivalent. Each lasts up to 80 washes – saving up to three 250 ml plastic bottles, reducing a significant amount of carbon emissions from production, and leaving the world lusher than we found it.

Hop into the New Year with these uplifting shower products. Wrapping paper and additional cute character stickers are both from Curry Cheung, a Hong Kong illustrator who celebrates and reimagines Lunar New Year in his creation.
Each gift is wrapped with 100% recycled paper. No primary fibres are used for our paper production, and for every tonne of 100% recycled paper produced, 70% less water is used compared to virgin fibre paper.
Designed by Hong Kong illustrator Curry Cheung, this Knot Wrap depicts an imaginative world in which playing bunnies are sending luck and joyfully celebrating Lunar New Year.
It is made from 100% recycled polyester, perfect for wrapping single items such as Bath Bombs and reusing for sustainable wrapping, wearing or gifting.
