From 1995 to 2021

Lush was born over 25 years ago in May 1995. Just like musicians, through the years Lush perfumers have released their fine fragrances in volumes. Each one is an olfactory journey with a theme. Each fragrance acts as a hallmark in Lush’s perfume history and showcases the love of fine fragrance by Lush’s perfumers.

Mark Constantine created Karma, Lush’s longest running fragrance still in production with many Lush products also featuring its iconic fragrance.

Lush’s sister company, B Never Too Busy to Be Beautiful launched a collection of fine fragrances which later went on to become part of Lush’s Volume 1 perfume collection in 2010. These opulent fine fragrances live on through Lush and are known as the ‘B Sides’.

Inspired by Paris and carefree, fruity summers, the sparkling grapefruit and rose bouquet fragrance, B Scent can be found in the  B-Sides and Rarities perfume discovery gift.

Lush hosted their first perfume gallery, Gorilla Perfume Volume 1 in London’s Shoreditch in July 2010. The first of its kind, this Gallery was designed to showcase and introduce the perfumes in a multisensory way.  The gallery went on to travel to New York and Tokyo later that year.

The scent of a bright pop song, Tuca Tuca, which featured in this first Perfume Gallery, can be found in the  B-Sides and Rarities perfume discovery gift.

Volume 2, Set in Stone perfume collection launched. To illustrate the collections deep connection with nature, a stone circle installation was built in the Dorset countryside on the isle of Purbeck. To bring the scents to life, each stone was scented with a different perfume from the volume. This volume even has its very own soundtrack.

This volume also features Sikkim Girls, a warm and exoitc floral fragrance that can be found exclusively in the Set in Stone perfume discovery gift.

Volume 3, Death, Decay and Renewal perfume collection launched. Lush perfumers’ have their own way of exploring experiences of death and mourning, and accordingly each perfume has a deeply personal story behind it.

A bitter and sweet come together, The All Good Things perfume featured in this collection can now be found exclusively in the Death, Decay and Renewal perfume discovery  gift

Volume 4, Samples of Society perfume collection launched. The word ‘home’ means different things to different people and it is this sentiment which inspired this perfume range. From unruly notes which evoke life on the road, to colourful, floral and fruity notes, this volume is a mix of nostalgic familiarity and reassurance. “

Sweet, comforting and with edible notes, the I’m Home perfume featured in this volume can now be found exclusively in the Samples of Society perfume discovery gift.
