#Endtheburnout Campaign
In alignment with the event’s mission to support mental health initiatives, ‘Music For Everyone’ acknowledges and advocates for the #Endtheburnout campaign – a new collaborative effort between LUSH and Beyond The Music.
A recent study by the MMF (Music Managers Forum) concluded that ‘labels and platforms must break the cycle’, that unhealthy precedents were being created and the industry is still trying to find a solution.
The #Endtheburnout campaign aims to create change-making action within the mental health sector of the global music industry, by creating a voluntary code of conduct that industry professionals including record companies, management companies, artists etc. can sign up to in order to start building a greater understanding of the mental health needs in the industry and how to tackle them.
The launch of #Endtheburnout will commence on Thursday, October 12th at 3:00-4:00 pm with a panel discussion at Manchester Central.

About Lush Music
You would be hard pushed to pick up a Lush product that hadn’t been inspired in some part by music. You could say that music is one of their essential ingredients.
Interacting and working alongside musicians rather than just listening to them started with their Spa treatments. Music was to play an important role and become a part of the therapy, creating the perfect soundtrack to massages, scrubs and soaks. All of Lush’s Spa treatments have bespoke soundtracks created by the ever expanding community of musicians who have become part of the Lush family.
