These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the ‘World Bath Bomb Day’ promotion running in participating LUSH stores during store opening hours on 26^th and 27^th April 2025 only (the “Promotion Period”).

The Promotion: Purchase a Butterball bath bomb for the discounted price of 95p when you purchase selected bath bombs from our new range during the Promotion Period. Product details and ingredients can be here.
Availability: Available only while stocks last and subject to availability.
Qualifying purchases: Any purchase of the following new World Bath Bomb Day products in a participating store will enable a customer to redeem the Promotion: Champers; Luna’s Butterfly; All the Fun of the Fair; Celebrate; Green Fairy; Sticky Dates; Yog Nog; We Put the Whole Fruit In; A Mo-Ment for Life; Moonshine; Sweet Ruby; The Sun Has Got His Hat On; Blueberry Matcha Oat Latte; Chelsea Morning; Let the Good Times Roll; Spring Sunrise; Narcissus; Sonic Death Monkey; Supermilk; Sweet as Honey; Wedding Bomb; Sadie; ET; Energising Matcha & Peppermint Cataplasm; Moisturising Coconut & Mullein Cataplasm; Dreamy Oaty Lavender Cataplasm; Soothing Chamomile & Yarrow Cataplasm; Softening Marshmallow & Rose Cataplasm; Gentle Mugwort Cataplasm.

No payment over and above the usual price of a qualifying product necessary in order to participate in the promotion.

Participating Stores: The promotion is only available to customers purchasing from a LUSH store in the UK or Ireland and is not available on the LUSH app or online.
By participating in the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have read, accepted and be bound by these Terms and any other requirements set out in the promotional material for the Promotion (in the event of a conflict, the requirements set out in the promotional material will take precedence), as well as all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others’ computer or communication systems.
Limitation of Liability
1. The Promoter is not responsible for any damage or loss suffered by any participant where such damage or loss was not, at the time the entry into the Promotion was made, a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach of these Terms, or where the Promotion does not run as planned.
2. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude the Promoter’s liability:
  1. for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence;
  2. for fraud; or
  3. further than is permitted by law.
General
1. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so without prior notice.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
3. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
4. No cash or credit equivalent available.
