Lush Spa and Yogi Bare collaborate on weekly themed yoga sessions in Soho
A new yoga experience is coming to Soho – a 45-minute yoga flow, followed by Lush Spa-guided self-massages or meditation and a complimentary Lush product.
The Lush Hour (Tuesdays at 6:30pm) has been devised by fresh, handmade cosmetics company, Lush, and eco yoga mat and accessories creator, Yogi Bare, to create a wonderland of relaxation, tension release and joy.
Suitable for any experience level, the class explores mindful movement, meditation and pranayama breathwork to leave clients feeling energised and grounded. Fluid sequences build strength and flexibility as well as creating a sense of balance and harmony in mind, body and breath.
Sessions will be inspired by Lush products such as viral sensation Sticky Dates – a gooey class designed to melt away tension and unravel any icky sticky parts. Teachers include Kat Pither, Devine Yoga, Move With Anton and Lucy B Yoga.
The session ends with an optional 10 minutes of guided self-massage and soothing products led by a Lush Spa therapist, to finish the session in a state of scented bliss (subject to therapist availability). All participants also receive a complimentary Lush product to take home.
This class is a place for us to open up the doors to our beautiful Soho space and welcome anyone into the world of yoga – if you have been practicing for years or just want to dip your toe in.
