The Fresh Facial (£50) is the perfect solution for those amongst us who crave relaxation. At 30 minutes long, the Fresh Facial allows for a short, efficient consultation and few moments of zen to indulge your complexion with the finest fresh, handmade skincare.
Ideal for a quick revive during a shopping trip or as a pampering pick me up, the facial will be available in all Lush Spa locations nationwide (Birmingham, Oxford Street, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Bath, Leeds, Liverpool, Poole).
Lush Skin Care
Lush has been in love with fresh ingredients and creating effective skincare products for well over forty-five years. Skincare has been a lifetime journey for some of the Lush founders who have tried, tested and consistently used the products they created, noticing the effects on their skin over a lifetime. Most recently, Lush co-founder and inventor Helen Ambrosen has been creating self-preserving formulations of their much loved moisturisers and Ultrabland cleanser.
It’s important to look after the helpful microflora that live on our skin and defend against invading bacterial pathogens. We use minimal preservatives in our products when we have to and we have been working hard to remove preservatives from products wherever we can over the decades. These versions are just as effective with all the goodness and no preservative content.
What to expect
You will begin your treatment in the treatment room with a consultation led by a qualified therapist to establish key ingredients and products to benefit your skin. Once the best products have been selected, you will be immersed in a relaxing treatment designed to transport you away from the hustle and bustle.
Beginning with a thorough cleanse and gentle exfoliation to remove dull surface skin cells, dirt and impurities from the top layer of the skin, these steps are then followed by an application of toner. From here, you will be treated to a medium/firm pressure facial massage and a fresh face mask. Once the mask is applied, the therapist will begin a hand and arm massage whilst the mask works its magic. The skin is then moisturised, followed by a final step of relaxing neck stretches.
