Celebrate new beginnings with Lush’s 2024 Diwali collection.

November 1st marks the beginning of Diwali, and to celebrate Lush is launching its collection online and in shops from 3rd October, designed to highlight the key themes of good over evil, new beginnings, unity, peace and harmony.

The collection has been designed as part of Lush’s Co-Create, a UK-based product creation internship for Lush seasonal ranges, to lift up authentic stories from their respective communities, promoting diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging.

About the Scent: “Old Delhi; the inspiration was the Old Delhi Station Perfume. As we know Old Delhi Station is part of “The Smell of Freedom” perfume. I choose to have a bath bomb that reminds me of the spicy and warmth of Indian culture.”

Diya bath bombshell and melt£15 each

Symbolising prosperity in the new year, Diya bath bombshell and melt is a soft warm floral blend of jasmine absolute, ylang ylang oil and vanilla absolute to gently light up the senses.

Inspired by the lighting of Diyas during the festival of Diwali to bring positivity, the base of the product is decorated taking the concept of Rangoli, and the middle is yellow to represent oil, while the shape of a flame represents fire.

Sparkling Light shower gel – 100g, 250g, 500g£10.00 – £33.00

Brighten up dark and gloomy nights filled with sparkles and warmth. A fragrance that is warm and smoky, with floral after notes. This shower gel shares its scent with Lotus Blossom bath bomb.

This shower gel is inspired by the fireworks and sparklers used to celebrate Diwali to light up the dark skies of the night.

I wanted to depict a scene of such illuminated homes, complemented by vivid illustrations that reflect the festival’s significance.
