Lush palladium

The Palladium store is one of the most successful shops in continental Europe, with a whopping £1.5m target this year. Its location brings in many local and foreign tourists, as it is located in the heart of Prague, right next to some of the most sought-after tourist attractions. With a shop floor of 120 sqm, a back of house of 55 sqm and extra remote storage of 24 sqm, it gives opportunity for many possible activities and ideas to use this generous space to fulfill target expectations.

Lush Czech prides itself for running for the most part as an independent market and has a very small support team who are eager to further develop and grow the business.

This model brings you opportunities to collaborate with many people within the Group business, bring your own ideas to build the community in the Mall and collaborate with others in other markets and also in our regular meetings together.

It is no accident that Prague (Praha in Czech) has been voted the most beautiful city in the world many times.
The capital of the Czech Republic, with a strategic position in the heart of Europe, boasts its beautiful historic city centre and rich architectural landmarks that are on everyone’s must-visit list.
Prague does not only excel in its beauty, though, as it has become one of the best places to satiate one’s appetite for an adventurous and exciting cultural life in Europe.
There is always something happening in Prague, whether it be art exhibitions, events or amazing live music.

Although the majority of the population speaks Czech, most citizens of Prague understand and speak English well, and it is quite common for people to speak more than just one foreign language.
Czech people are known to be very outgoing and always up to something exciting, so if you decide to live in one of the most beautiful cities in the world, you are more than likely to have the best time of your life.

Although the rest of the Czech Republic is known to be quite affordable, Prague is very comparable to other neighbouring capital cities of Europe in terms of cost of living, such as Vienna or Berlin.
The housing market in Prague has seen a tremendous increase in prices over the last couple of years with a demand to purchase housing being larger than ever.
However, Prague offers multiple outskirts that tend to be affordable, with beautiful greenery and a relatively short travel time to the city centre, 20-30 minutes being the norm.
As the new store is located in the Westfield Chodov mall, bordering on the city centre and the outskirts, the neighbouring area is more family oriented and the cost of living is lower.

As the country has eased off all pandemic restrictions, life has come back to Prague in full force.
Managing a brand new shop in a location that not only covers a part of Prague that is new for our brand, but also one that is frequently visited by many tourists, will most definitely give you many opportunities for self-development and growth.
