Our larger stores are experience-led and experimental. Within them, you might find some exclusive products, a spa or hair salon offering bespoke handmade treatments to transform your day, and other new innovative concepts which are always in development.
We also like to get out and about in our communities, so you might see a Snow Fairy pop up round the corner or find us hosting a Bath Bomb making party!

Lush co-founder Rowena Bird shares her reflections on what makes a great retailer and why customer service is so important.
Customer experience
The pandemic accelerated digital growth industry-wide. But if you ask our retail teams, they’ll tell you there’s no beating the in-store experience.
Entering a Lush shop is a treat for all of the senses. There’s the unmistakable scent; the result of unpackaged products and fine fragrance throughout each of our product ranges. Our merchandising is proudly managed by shop teams to create abundant displays of the freshest cosmetics on the high street. Then there are testers, readily available for customers to get hands-on with and try out in-store, guided by the expertise of our teams. The music, in the hands of each shop team can curate the mood-boost customers didn’t know they needed. And although we don’t recommend eating our products, if you find yourself at some of our anchor stores, you can also treat yourself to a coffee or a slice of vegan cake to fuel your shopping trip.
We invest in our staff, in attracting and hiring the best, and training them to be experts, storytellers and day makers so that they can add exceptional value to your retail experience.
All are welcome, always, and so our approach to service is tailored to the customer’s preferences.

We regularly utilise the power of our retail stores and teams on national or even international campaigns, and all year round, our store managers are empowered to use their stores creatively to best serve the community.

We like to party, and as the most fun shop on the high street, we are well placed to work with you to design the perfect party for your special occasion.
Our kids parties provide the opportunity for all guests to make their own product, play games, and take home goodie bags with exclusive party products inside.
Our in-store party experts are able to scale up or down the energy levels, so if you’re looking for something more sophisticated, we lean into the skincare range and build experiences around fun and education. Guests are able to try out full skincare routines and learn more about their skin as they go.
Our parties are as unique and individual as you are, so speak to your local store team and we’ll be able to accommodate your needs.
Lush Spa
Since 2009, we have been reinventing how spa experiences on the high street can feel. Acting as the ultimate demonstration of our products, the Lush Spa creates transformative experiences for our clients by using choreographed movement, sound, scent, taste and enchanting visuals to take our clients on a journey like no other.
As of 2022, Lush has 15 spas globally and 16 spa treatments available – some of which are only available in select locations.
Taking pride in high standards, most Lush Spa treatments spend at least a year in development prior to launch, to make sure every fine detail is perfect. We train our therapists in house and Lush Spa is a registered VTCT training school.
Lush HairLab
2019 saw Lush’s first in-store HairLab opening on the ground floor of the freshly relocated Lush Liverpool, UK.
The Lush HairLab provides expert and innovative hair cuts, styling and treatments with experiences that cater to your locks and your lifestyle. We want to impact the industry, proving that a hair salon can be a welcoming space, providing people with experts in specific textures and techniques. No matter what race, gender, age, background, hair type or texture, everyone will receive an expert and educational led service for their hair and scalp.
We have an exclusive range of services on offer and we give our customers the knowledge and confidence to be able to recreate the style they love at home every day.
